The Year starts off with JUPITER freshly into Aries… but with MERCURY & MARS retrograde until mid-January, the real action and shifts begin in March:
• SATURN moves into Pisces Mar 7 for 2.5 years.
• JUPITER moves into Taurus May 17 for one year.
• N Node into Aries / S Node into Libra July 17.
• VENUS retrogrades in Leo on July 22.
• THE BIGGEST shift of all is PLUTO moving into Aquarius on March 23 — a brief taste of the next 20 years — then back into Capricorn in June.
• April 19: First solar eclipse in Aries while the Nodes are still in Taurus/Scorpio. May 5: Lunar eclipse in Scorpio.
• October 14: Solar eclipse in Libra — Nodes in Aries/Libra now. Oct 28: Lunar eclipse in Aries.
• PLUTO square transiting nodes/eclipses all year.

Georgia Stathis
Georgia Stathis ( starcycles.com ) specializes in business and natal astrology since 1977 with a strong background in investment and real estate. She holds a B.S. degree from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. She is both an investor and a consulting astrologer and is author of: Business Astrology 101 and her latest book: Pushing through Time: Synodic Cycles and their Developing Phases and the annual Starcycles Cheat Sheet. She co-taught the undergraduate program at Kepler between 2001 and 2008, contributes to international journals and teaches globally.
Georgia also chairs and is one of the founders (with Urania Trust and Kepler) of the newly formed Alexandria iBase Project, whose mission is to preserve astrological literature for our peers for the future, a (501 C3) non-profit foundation, more information can be found at: www.alexandriaibase.org
Arielle Guttman
Arielle Guttman ( sophiavenus.com ) began her astrological studies in 1974 and her astrological consulting practice in 1980 in San Diego, California. She has authored five books in the field, including the two-volume Mythic Astrology series with Kenneth Johnson and The Astro*Carto*Graphy Book of Maps with the late Jim Lewis.
Arielle has lectured and taught around the world for various local, national and international astrological organizations. She travels extensively, presenting at conferences, and leading tours to sacred sites in Greece. Her other books are: Discovering the Star of Venus, and The Venus Star Point. She currently divides her time between Santa Fe, NM and Greece. She offers a home-study course that leads to professional certification in the Venus Star Point system, the pentagram of Venus that is created as part of her orbital pattern.
Linea Van Horn
Linea Van Horn C.A., NCGR, is the Astrologer at Large. Linea is the Founder and President Emerita of the San Francisco Astrological Society (1992-2014) and has served on three NCGR boards, including the Board of Examiners. Formerly employed in the astrology Internet industry, Linea is a respected teacher, published author, and popular, lively presenter.
